Following facilities are available at our work shop located at KATHWADA GIDC

 Covered shade area 30mtr Length X 12Mtr Width X 6Mtr Height (With crane)  Plate Bending Machine upto 12 mm thk x 2000 Width ,  10 MT capacity crane/Hoist,  CNC Plate Catting Machine (3500W x6300LG) up to 200 mm  Qualified welders for Carbon steel & Stainless steel material  TPI Approved WPS & PQR.

 Good quality welding by Rectifier/Transfer type welding m/c.  Qualified welders for RT (Radiography Test) joint welding.  All non-RT weld joints being tested by DPT (Dye Penetrant Test).  Can arrange for machining facility.  Access to hydra and small crane into the shop for additional requirement of lifting and tilting.  Rectifier: 5nos.

 Inverter Base Welding Machine : 4nos.  Grinder Machine-AG7 (7” capacity): 4nos.  Grinder Machine-AG4 (4” capacity): 4nos.  Drilling machine: 1 No. (40 mm max.)  Pug cutting machine set: 2nos.  Hand cutting torch: 2No.

UNIT -II : Plot no –E-387, Road no-27 Near UGVCL office , Sanand -II BOL GIDC,Ahmedabad ,Gujarat (India) ( Area : 19500 Sq Feet )

Following facilities are available at our work shop located at SANAND GIDC

 Covered shade area 42 mtr Length X 22 Mtr Width X 9 Mtr Height (With crane)  Open are 13Mtr Length X 50 Mtr Wide open Area ,  20 MT capacity Over head Crane ,  Plate Bending Machine - up to 50 mm thk - Himalaya  500 Ton Hydraulic press for dish end manufacture for up to 45 mm Thk &4000 mm Diameter  SAW Welding machine 1000 Amp - 1nos  MIG Welding Machine 400 Amp-2 NOS

 4 nos Auto tank Rotator  Qualified welders for Carbon steel & Stainless steel material  TPI Approved WPS & PQR.  Good quality welding by Inverter Base welding m/c.  Qualified welders for RT (Radiography Test) joint welding.  All non-RT weld joints being tested by DPT (Dye Penetrant Test).  Can arrange for machining facility.
